Maria is the analytical mind behind HR LAB's data-driven approach to people and organizations. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Physics, she brings a scientist's discipline to recruitment and HR strategy: methodical, precise, and grounded in evidence rather than assumption. That foundation is paired with an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, giving her the rare ability to move fluently between numbers and people, turning data into decisions that genuinely work for both businesses and the individuals within them. Maria is currently pursuing a PhD in Science Education, with research focused on gender equity and equal access in the workforce, a commitment rooted in the belief that real participation in today's diverse and complex society depends on removing the barriers that keep capable people out. That conviction runs through everything she does at HR LAB: rigorous with the numbers, attentive to the people, and driven by the principle that the right opportunity should be within reach for everyone.
